Aveda

Aveda, which is Sanskrit for 'all knowledge', was inspired by the science of Ayurveda, the Hindu traditional holistic system of medicine and surgery. Its products are vegan and 90% naturally derived using pure flower and plant essences, and are cruelty-free with no chemicals or artificial colours and fragrances. Aveda was the first beauty company to use post-consumer recycled materials in packaging, and manufactures all of its products using wind power.
